The members of the transitional Council of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario were chosen from individuals who responded to a public call for members advertised across Ontario.

The appointment of the 16-member transitional Council marks a major step toward the regulation of homeopathy under the legislative framework of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991.

The transitional Council joins Basil Ziv, who was appointed Transitional Registrar in April 2009. Basil Ziv can be contacted by email at basil.ziv@collegeofhomeopaths.on.ca, or by telephone at 416-862-4783.

The inaugural meeting for the transitional Council is open to the public to observe. Please note that space is limited and members of the public who would like to observe the meeting should contact the Registrar to advise of their intention to attend the meeting.
