2. Proof of Canadian Citizenship or Landed Immigrant Status
3. Copies of Educational Certificates/Diplomas/Degrees
4. Transcripts Issued Directly by Educational Institution(s)
5. Course outline/College prospectus/Calendars, etc.
6. 2 Letters of Reference from Professionals. (Please include telephone
numbers for references).
7. $200.00 (CDN) FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP / $75 (CDN) Student membership.
